Missouri Fox Trotters,

Very reluctantly for sale. Playboy's Shoot The Moon.  Sired by Southern Playboy and out of our good mare, Perfections Dixie Gal.

Shooter is very solid under saddle, not spooky, will go any where. Has seen bear, moose wolves as well as coyotes. Will happily lead or follow. Is very well gaited, not pacey at all. Trailers and loads perfectly. Great for the shoer, clips and baths. He is the first one at the gate when he sees us coming, always loves to go. He is in that perfect energy range, happy to go slow with your quarter horse friends, but is right there if you want to pick up the pace.

He has been highlined on camp trips, he has been ridden to the beach, and is always the same whether you ride every day or lay him off all winter.

He's the DREAM type horse. We have his younger brother and sister coming of riding age and when you raise horses and have foals every year we just are forced to let some go. We have held him longer than normal as he has been such a joy.

If you want to show, he has been to 2 shows and is undefeated. He has a good foxtrot with alot he shake reach and rythym. He is really pretty and carries a stylish tail.  He's a total package.

Spencer and Jewel are expecting a litter in late May.

The previous litters from this pairing resulted, very nice, boxy conformations and mellow, sweet temperaments. These personalities being a trademark of their special sire, Spencer. We congratulate their new families on their new little family members. We are thrilled to be receiving periodic updates on their progress, all with glowing reports.
